Irish Steel (IASF) Membership - Fabricator Members

Why Join Irish Steel?

Irish Steel (Irish Association of Steel Fabricators - IASF) is the leading steel industry and metal fabricator’s network in Ireland. We offer comprehensive guidance and support to fabricator-members for purchasing machinery and software, training, welding, sustainability advice, and design solutions.

Certification Support Programmes

Our Certification Support programmes for UKCA & CE keep members up to date on regulations. We promote Quality and Safety standards within the organisation, and to become a member, the company must be certified or in the process of implementing standards like EN-1090, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO14001, and ISO 3834.

Networking and Training Events

Members get networking opportunities to connect with suppliers, experts, industry leaders, and colleagues through regional meetings, education sessions, and coffee held by different fabricators in their workshops.

We also hold regular training events on relevant topics, and you can promote your business at our Annual Irish Steel Awards & Gala Night in October.

Visibility Opportunities

Fabricator members can boost their visibility with the Irish Steel Member Certificate and logo usage across our physical and digital platforms.

New Membership Experience

We’re building a new and improved membership experience to help you stay ahead in the industry. We’ll have a new online portal later in the year, containing valuable information.

Creating a Close-Knit Network

Our objective is to create a close-knit, well-informed all-island network of fabricators, suppliers, consultants, and service providers to the metal fabrication industry sector by getting like-minded people together to share valuable information on a regular basis.
